Skipper Peter Parissis
Peter holds a degree in Chemistry, but his true love in life is the Sea. His voyages over the past 14 years, have led him into every corner of the Eastern Mediterranean.
Peter will offer to his guests on board Malena the best of the Ionian Sea: tranquility in hidden little coves with vegetation reaching the shoreline, as well as joyful harbors where the party never ends… Peter is 41 years old, single and speaks fluent English.
Hostess, Cook & Deckhand Tziabazaki Eleni
Eleni was born in Greece in 1989 ! Her morning smile and her love for cooking make her the perfect chef. Always aiming to please Eleni makes sure that everyone is well fed, and the yacht is in top condition.
She speaks fluent English, German and Turkish as her grandmother is from Istanbul. Ever since she was a child she spent plenty of time in the kitchen with her and in this way she learned and loved the secrets of the middle eastern gastronomy as well as the Mediterranean flavors. Her hobbies include music, beach volley, and swimming.

WINING & DINING
Your holiday will include a wonderful mix of meals at island tavernas and succulent meals on board.
Menus aboard are created based on the local cuisine your personal preferences and the fresh ingredients we find in local markets on the islands — there is no standard menu. Every meal is designed to suit your dietary likes and needs.
Before your holiday we’ll ask you to complete a dietary preference to tell us what you like and dislike, and of any dietary restrictions, you and your guests may have.
We’ll also ask what you like to drink, and stock the yacht with your favorite beer, wines, liquors and soft drinks.

Most children enjoy our meals, but we can prepare special dishes for younger guests.
Favorites include freshly made Personal Pizzas, Chicken Nuggets, Blackbeard’s Burger, Caribbean Chicken Kebabs, and Pasta in Paradise.
HOLIDAY PRICES
The holiday cost varies according to season and destination but starts from € 4900 per week.
Sea Star is normally booked per week starting on Saturday. In low and mid season we can be more flexible with start and end dates and the duration of your trip.
A one-week sailing holiday can be combined with island stays.
A minimum of 2 weeks is required to enjoy the full Ionian experience, including Wreck Bay and Paxos/Anti-Paxos.
The holiday cost includes two crew, a skipper and hostess/cook, VAT and cleaning.
An addition charge is made to cover fuel and provisioning. This is called the APA (Advanced Provisioning Allowance) and averages around 15%-20% of the holiday cost depending on the number of guests and your provisioning wishes.
At the end of your cruise the APA accounting is finalized and you receive a refund or an invoice to make up the exact amount.
To confirm your holiday booking a 50% downpayment is required, with the balance paid one month before departure.
